Hi! I'm Sam.

​Welcome to my portfolio.  ​

I graduated with a degree in graphic design (specialising in illustration) but went on to become a TV producer, which I did for 15 years. I now also sub edit and copy-write for print and online media because I am a proud word nerd.

But my constant, lifelong passion is illustration.

​

I love creating images using mixed media and digital noodling and have been lucky enough to work on many interesting and wide-ranging commissions, from cards to pie-boxes. 

 

I am constantly learning drawing skills and creative thinking from my two small daughters, who are the real brains behind this operation.
